High-precision components in technical plastics We manufacture high-grade machine parts in engineering plastics such as PEEK and POM. Our in-house machining department operates approximately 10 CNC machines, including several 5-axis systems — enabling tight tolerances and complex geometries for the most demanding pharmaceutical applications.
Worm gears & transport screws Designed and produced in-house in both technical plastics and stainless steel, through our dedicated R&D department.
Filling needles Manufactured with short lead times. We also design and develop co-axial filling needles with gas overlay for specialized vial filling applications.
Spare parts for filling & packaging machines Reliable, fast supply of critical spare parts to keep your production lines running — including during shutdowns.
Format parts Design and production of format parts in stainless steel and PTFE, tailored to your specific machinery. During planned shutdowns, we measure, replace and where possible improve existing wear parts — and handle reinstallation on-site.
Advanced material components Development of complex parts in high-grade materials including titanium, Hastelloy and duplex stainless steel — with optional post-processing such as electrolytic polishing.
