For the automotive industry, Metvico developed various protections that are used during assembly.

These parts with complex geometries are often tailored to the contours of the part to be protected. Using a 3D scanner, these contours can be defined. The protections are then printed with a 3D printer or 5-axis milled.

Deliveries to the automotive industry are usually made according to the “just-in-time” principle and in line with a production schedule.
